Is The Government Authorizing Rape ‘Sexual Assault’ and Child Sexual Assault In Public Restrooms?

A friend mortified by the recent paperwork that she received from her job stating “Guidance: Gender-Specific Facilities” contacted me immediately to express her concern that allowing Transgendered individuals to use the restroom in whatever bathroom they choose, namingly a restroom dedicated to women, will result in an increase of sexual assault. For transgendered people this is an evolution of their rights, what they feel is due them for not being comfortable with the way that they were born.

However, for women who use public restrooms often alone or with their children, feel that their privacy is being infringed upon and put in grave danger. Before you skip to the comments section, please take a moment to read the article in its entirety, because this argument is relevant.

According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary Transgender means : of, relating to, or being a person (as a transsexual or a transvestite) who identifies with or expresses a gender identity that differs from the one which corresponds to the person’s sex at birth.

The above definition does not in any way state that they have a specific sexual preference. Based on this definition and my research, there are many transgendered men who have had sex with women. These men have fathered children, and have also married women during or before choosing to live a transgendered lifestyle. In an article with, “The Blaze” there was in fact a transgendered woman who was divorced twice, had sex with women and produced a female child.

Women do not just use the restroom, this is so often a topic of discussion between men and women. Women look at themselves in the bathroom, take their time washing their hands and looking at themselves. They check their clothing, reapply make-up. I’m not very sociable in the bathroom but I have never been in a bathroom that did not have a few sociable women. In addition, women go to the bathroom to get other women to help them fix their clothing or hair to avoid embarrassment in public.

At any time a woman may ask for a safety-pin, rubber band, nail polish for a hole in their stockings or even a hand to lift their bosom so that they appear perky. You don’t have to exchange numbers or become best friends, it is an unspoken courtesy. There have been comments by transgendered people that they do not come into the bathroom to express their sexual orientation but to use the bathroom as we do. My questions, are not particularly for transgendered, it is for the men who may imposter them, and when I walk into a bathroom and ask for my bosom lifted, their generosity could result in an assault while my back is facing them. It is all too risky.

My first argument on the subject is that men are naturally made stronger, more brawny than we women, and the idea that a man who may, or may not be attracted to us in the intimacy of a bathroom is alarming, even scary – especially to the one in four women who have experienced some form of child sexual assault or abuse, or sexual assault; rape.

In the document administered by the Federal Protective Service it states that “Gender Expression is how individuals present their gender (male or female) through gender related cues (e.g., appearance, grooming and clothing); even if that gender presentation is different from that associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.” The document goes on to read that reports of alleged improper conduct should be addressed, and a report filed with DHS Form 3155. And, that “if an individual’s gender and/or “gender expression” cannot be determined by visual contact, the only question that may be discreetly asked is, “Do you identify yourself as a male or female?” Proof of an individual’s gender is not required.”

NO PROOF REQUIRED

Since Federal Government facilities now require no proof of an individual’s identity and all that the perpetrator has to say is that they identify as a woman if asked (which is highly unlikely that they will be asked because of the level of discretion that is asked of officers), the rapist can literally just walk in to the restroom and rape someone.

According to a document created by Robert R. Hazelwood, M.S. Special Agent with the Behavorial Science Instruction/Research Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigations located in Quantico, Virginia, and Janet Warren, D.S.W Institute of Psychiatry and Law with the University of Virginia located in Charlottesville, Virginia serial rapists have three  frequently used methods including the “con”, “blitz”, and the “surprise”. The document is available by clicking here.

In the “con” method is based on subterfuge and is predicated on the rapist’s ability to interact with women. With this technique, the rapist openly approaches the victim and requests or offers some type of assistance or direction. However, once the victim is within his control, the offender may suddenly become more aggressive.

The “con” approach was used in 24% of first rapes, 35% of “middle” rapes, and 41% of the last rapes. According to the document entitled, “The Criminal Behavior Of The Serial Rapist”, there are various ploys used by the offenders which included impersonating a police officer – even in plain clothes, providing transportation for a hitchhiking victim, and picking women up in singles bars. This style requires that the offender have the ability to communicate comfortably with women.

This leads me to my concern for women. You see, it was a transgendered individual’s comment on a post that I was reading who lead me to this FBI Criminal Behavior information. And, there comment was that the serial rapist was in “plain clothes” as an officer, not that he stole a uniform and dressed up.

With all due respect, I found this to be an ignorant statement. The fact that the offender lied (while in plain clothes), to gain the trust of the twenty women that he murdered tells me that he was actually conscious of his plan, his dress and that this was a part of his “outfit”.

Let me further explain my point. A serial rapist, using the “Con” method could go to a local bathroom that they have become familiar with as far as traffic, women, security, etc., and present themselves, “in plain clothes” as a transgendered individual to gain entrance to the ladies’ room, where he could lie in wait to sexually assault a woman. The goal of the perpetrator is to try to get the woman alone, and then act according to the FBI behavioral science unit. I would say that gaining entrance to a public bathroom that is not highly frequented applies, such as in government office buildings and other public places as the door opens for transgendered individuals to choose which restroom they want to use the bathroom in.

My last point concerning the safety of women is that people including the transgendered community based on the comments and reports that I have researched are not getting it.

A  transgendered person is not just a cross-dresser. They have chosen to (since we are speaking about men for this article), live as women. Well, as I write this article I have on my husband’s t-shirt, some fitted blue jeans – that I have unbuttoned, and some old new balance on my feet. I also have on a bra, some earrings, and my hair is tied back, not styled for an interview or the ball! My point is that a transgendered person who is born a male, can still be self-identifying as a woman with jeans and a t-shirt on.

So, go back to this serial rapist whose method was to rape 20 women, using one of his tactics as a plain clothes police officer. His lie was not all that grand, and not all that different than if the same serial rapist had on jeans and a t-shirt (worn like a woman – alittle more fitted) and either put on a wig, some clip on earrings or simply put on a purse to walk in the restroom. Not all that different in effort, because it is NOT REQUIRED! NO PROOF NECESSARY!

To prove my point, please feel free to review the below picture borrowed from another article on http://www.exministries.com where there are transgendered men who are in what I would call “plain clothes”, as they are not dress up necessarily like women. They have on clothes that a woman or man could put on to parade, wash the car, go to the library or grocery store.

Transgendered Men Wearing Plain Clothes. These Are The Same Clothes Any Man Can Put On, Pretending To Be Transgendered And Sexually Assault A Woman In The Restroom Because They Are Not Required To Prove Their Identity.

The Montgomery County, Maryland Police Chief stated, “Since this law has been in effect, we have had no reported rapes committed in restrooms by men in women’s clothing,” Manger wrote Tuesday in a letter to Baltimore County Councilman Tom Quirk, who is lead sponsor of the anti-discrimination bill.

The problem that I have with this statement is that not all rapes are reported, and not all rapes and murders will immediately be calculated as a result of a bathroom rape involved by a serial rapist – transgendered imposter.

Are Children Safe?

I have spent much time on the subject of Rape and Sexual Assault. Child Molesters, Pedophiles, Child Rapists, Sexual Offenders, and whatever name they qualify based on their crimes, have the same ability to enter a restroom where they see a child enter, and now because of the new transgender laws being put into place – and currently in place with the Federal government, children could be abducted or assaulted by a perpetrator posing as a transgendered person.

Paul Ray Witherspoon is a transgendered child sex predator was ticketed for using the female restroom. You can click herefor that story. In the story, it states:

“Last Wednesday, when the officer asked Witherspoon, whose driver’s license records him as male, why he was using the female restroom Witherspoon informed the officer that he had recently become transgendered, and was therefore permitted to access private women and girls facilities due to his internal feeling of “gender identity”. The officer cited him for disorderly conduct, a class C misdemeanor. The woman who reported him to police has not yet released more information about the incident, citing the fact that she is “afraid“.

Paul Ray Witherspoon, calling himself “Paula”, claimed he was at the hospital accompanying his “husband” Billy Lorentz to an appointment. However since Texas resident Witherspoon is legally male as is his partner, and Texas does not recognize same-sex marriage that claim is called into question. Lorentz is listed as Witherspoon’s employer on his TX sex offender record.

The DallasVoice reports that Witherspoon said he offered to show the investigating officer a “carry letter” from his psychiatrist stating that he is transgender, and that the officer declined. But as you can see, the letter was written two days AFTER Witherspoon was cited.”

I rest my case.

Quite an interesting topic of discussion related to the possibility and high risk of Rape, Child Sexual Assault or Abduction from use of public restrooms by Transgender Women. Something to think about, read the entire article and then decide, good stuff
