I am in the process of remodeling my website and changing the website name to www.ajourneytoloveyou.com .
I have a few products that will be coming out at the end of the year to help adults healing from child sexual abuse, and as I prepare, I could really use your support.
Just in case you have supported me somehow in the past let me give you a quick update on our progress.
- Steve Harvey called this weekend. We shoot on Friday and I will let you know the release date of the show on Facebook or Website (social media).
- My next speaking engagements are Washington DC (October 27) and Detroit Michigan (November 21)
- On November 17th, I am planning to meet with the authors of “Chicken Soup for the Soul” to pitch co-authoring a book with them. They have been on the NY Times Bestseller list 47 times.
I have turned down a number of television (NEWS) and unpaid speaking engagements that would have provided me a speaking platform.
- I have over 80,000 hits on my website, regular commenters and a readership in California, and Canada (among other states and countries) We will hit over 100,000 before the end of the year.
- I’m writing a book called, “Ten Ways to Safeguard Your Child from Sexual Abuse” the projected release date is April 2013!
- The upcoming book is highly anticipated, and getting me booked for interviews
- I have a marketing company working on my behalf, pitching my work to television and radio shows. It has been working. I am doing interviews.
These are just a few things that are working however please understand that radio and television shows do not pay you. It is publicity which help to build your brand, so that people can call you and pay you to speak or people can go to Amazon and buy your book.
I am almost there.
