Frank Lombard, the associate director of Duke University’s Center for Health Policy was arrested in 2009, after he produced pornography of sexual acts with his African-American adopted son. The media did not want to cover it.
Lombard, a perfect example of why some African-American groups do not want their children adopted by whites, a perfect example of why some groups think it’s inappropriate to allow homosexuals to raise children (black or white) and finally, a striking example of the correlation between homosexuality and pedophilia was sentenced in 2010, to 27 years in prison.
In conversations with undercover agents leading up to the arrest, Lombard admitted to abusing the child since infancy, allowing several others to do so as well, and sedating the child with Benadryl to make the abuse “easier.”
He was not sentenced for giving a child Benadryl (sedating him) because Lombard says it made the rape easier. He was not sentenced for raping a child, sodomy, molestation or child sexual abuse grooming (because I am introducing it as a crime- it is not law yet), he was only sentenced as a result of producing child pornography.

Please Help Me Make Child Sexual Abuse Grooming A Felony. This is Frank Lombard College Professor at Duke University – Child Rapist
To the leaders of the gay movement who are homosexual child molesters, who would rather be called “minor attracted persons” who engage in “Intergenerational love” this Duke University professor was targeted by law enforcement, and the child consented (at five years old), because there is nothing wrong with male attraction to boys.
MAKE CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE GROOMING A FELONY
Ressurrection Graves is from the Washington DC area and created a term entitled, “Child Sexual Abuse Grooming” which is different legally than “Child Grooming” which is associated with “Child Trafficking”. She is working diligently to “Make Child Sexual Abuse Grooming A Felony”.
Someone needs to be the brave one and talk about this in the media. This is disturbing. I believe that the average American thinks if rape or child molestation happens, those accused will be arrested and prosecuted. It’s not until it happens to them or someone they know that the reality of our so-called justice system is revealed. Americans want to shelter themselves from the ugly until the ugly happens to them and then they are shocked about injustice. Why can’t they get shocked without experiencing the trauma first? 😦
ME!!! I am the brave one. Much of this research is going into my new book, and I will do media interviews. The trouble that I find with talking to the media about child sexual abuse is well….child sexual abuse. They feel that it is too heavy a topic. So, I have to find ways to convey messages, and still get the opportunities.
Thank you so much for commenting.
Is this scum still living in prison? I really hope he is being dealt the same hand dealt to the victim child!!!
